"The staff, especially Carlos was amazing. He went up and beyond for customer care. He was very professional, friendly and made our stay very pleasant. Any questions or inquires, Carlos always was there for me and my husband to help.
The hotel room was also very clean and always cleaned to high standard. The breakfast was good.
Minus point for the hotel was that there was no balcony. And also if you went up to the roof terrace pool, there was no pool bar or restaurant to have a nice lunch or a pint. "
