"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Very well appointed for the price . Thought we had an issue trying to contact hotel to let them know we were going to be late for table reservation at 9pm having driven 5 hours . Phone just kept ringing out . However wonderful bar staff managed to cconjur a meal for us right at 9-20 after kitchen was closed . Excellent service "
