The newly renovated top-to-bottom-lofted bedroom apartment has everything you need for a vacation - steps away from the beautiful ocean!

In this apartment, you will find everything you need! We provide a fully stocked kitchen, modern aqua accents, and super comfortable queen-size beds. We have a sofa, 40 40-inch Roku TV, and large bathrooms.

The building has 8 Units - all available for vacation rentals. Each has its own super cool modern charm.

The loft is 400 total square feet, divided between two levels. You will love this beautifully furnished modern Lofted apartment. It has a Full living room, a mini kitchen with a stove top and mini fridge, and a queen-sized bed lofted above in an upstairs room with a full dresser and mirror.

The furnishings are modern ocean-inspired hues of aqua and grey for a zen-like relaxing retreat. It has 1 large bathroom with tub. We can offer kid/baby items such as cribs, toys, and high chairs at no extra cost.

There is a small washer and dryer in the back of the building, for guest use stocked with detergent and such as you need.

Common space - 1 couch, 1 air mattress

A QR code for parking - guests need to:
1. Park in city parking spots along the street but not in private parking spaces.
2. Scan the barcode located inside the unit next to the entrance.
3. Follow the instructions to pay the city online for daily parking.
Note: Only one day can be purchased at a time, and you can buy daily until the checkout date.

Please DONT BE LOUD or boisterous in any area of the building or on the Patio of the apt. We have a great relationship with management and with our neighbors and wish it to remain that way. There are also more guests in the building ( like a hotel) and I’m sure they want to enjoy their stay as well!

We ask you to respect the people in the building as you would in your own home.

** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

The place was clean and neat. Very small if that is what you want or need. Had everything that we needed.The very short walk to the beach and Broadwalk was great!Close to the Conference hotel for my husband without the crazy expense.

Locación muy buena por su cercanía a la playa y restaurantes/ cafeterías. La propiedad adecuada para dos personas, todos los equipos en buenas condiciones. En único inconveniente es el estacionamiento. La propiedad no tiene estacionamiento propio y se hace complicado encontrar estacionamiento , además de tener un costo adicional , que no es nada económico. De cualquier manera, lo recomiendo

We were excited to stay here, the place looked really modern and clean by the photos. However, I can honestly say that we were probably just too old for this property. (mid 50's) The bed and couch were both really uncomfortable, the pillows were pancakes and the stairs were not regulation height, so kinda awkward and painful to walk down. While the overall property was visually nice, there were many things that were either needing repair or were just very cheap... It felt like we were in a college dorm room and things were purchased at the dollar store. The location was great if you want to be where the party is. I think this spot would be great for a young couple, but just not for us. I hate not giving 5-star reviews and research the properties we stay at extensively, so I think it's important to give honest feedback for others.

The property was in a prime location! Steps away from the beach and various beachside restaurants. The owner was also very attentive to my emails before, during and even after my stay. Really enjoyed the interior decor, soft and pleasing shades of blue.

Our stay lived up to everything we had hoped for. The suite was in very nice condition. We live in a remote location, so we are used to pure quiet at night - this rental suite was surprisingly quiet, even by our standards! There was one small negative: I had requested no artificial scents, but there was a plug-in freshener being used when we arrived. I also had a little difficulty with the check-in procedure, but this is an issue with the VRBO website's authentication process and not the fault of our hosts at all. (I had no way of using the e-mail that was registered.) As soon as our hosts learned of my technical difficulty, they immediately and graciously responded to my wife's e-mail. I would have no problem recommending this rental to others. Thank you! P.S. Hollywood Beach is the beach scene my wife and I have been searching for our whole lives! Better late than never.

This is one of the rare cases where everything was as advertised. Great place, great location and the hosts were easy to reach and accommodating. I would absolutely book and stay again.
