Absolutely NO SMOKING—anywhere on the property. Not even “just one.” Violators will have their booking canceled without a refund.

No parties, no events, no gatherings. Not even small-ish ones. No exceptions. Reservations that break this rule will be canceled without refund.

One (1) parking space. That’s it. Just one. No extra cars, no squeezing in a second one “real quick.” All other vehicles will be towed (no do not ask the neighbors).

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM daily. So bring the vibes, not the volume.
