Great location and cozy space!

Arturo is an extremely responsive, but not intrusive host! He was very communicative through the process and when I left an item there. The property was great and the location is perfect for navigating Fort Lauderdale.

Nice stay close to all in Ft Lauderdale

Traveled with the family to Ft Lauderdale and stayed for Christmas week. Clean, spacious and well appointed house within a 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown Ft Lauderdale and Las Olas. Quiet block. Short walk to Publix and a quick drive to the highway. The backyard backs up to the canal and the landlord has furniture on the dock and on the patio to relax in and enjoy the weather. A nice experience and good value. Will visit again next time in town.
