Hello Nick, we are extremely surprised by your negative comments. With regard to the pots and pans, we never had this comment and they are always checked. We have now replaced them. In case you would have let us know during your stay, we would have replaced them for you. We however didn't hear anything. With regard to cockroaches, we have a monthly pest control service in place to avoid this and our cleaning team takes great care of our house, see the previous reviews. Yet we are in South Florida and this is sometimes just happens. With regard to the dead iguana, it unfortunately is impossible for us to influence outdoor life. Yet we are especially totally not amused by your comment as you make it sound it influenced your whole stay. This is not true, because you arrived on the 1st of March and made a note of the dead Iguana on the 8th of March, a day before your check out. We then removed it promptly. I believe your subjects are very small with regard to he total experience we deliver. Our house is in top condition and we maintain everything as good as possible and are there for guest directly, in case they make notice of any issues.

Hello Kyle, thanks for your message. The week before your stay parts of the roof have been replaced. When you were there, only an inspection was needed on Monday. This is te same as pool service or yard service. People have to work on the house sometimes also when guests are present, which is normal at any Airbnb. The security system works with special codes, is switched off and not for guests use. It is also not part of the description about the house here in VRBO. With regard to the other items which were not working we are surprised to hear this after your check out. In case you had let us know during your stay our technical team had solved it directly.

It's incorrect the pool was not heated. The previous pool heater is replaced in 2021 with a brand new overpowered Gulfstream Heater of 142,000 BTU which was a serious investment. We decided to chose for an extra powerful heater to make sure the pool is correctly heated at all times, and to make absolutely sure the heater is able to perform when it's getting colder. The pool however is not a hot tub, the system keeps the pool at the hotel temperature of 89F at all times. This is all managed by our pool service who checks the system twice a week, when he comes to clean the pool for our guests.

Thanks for staying with you and for your kind review! We were surprised by your comment about the AC, as we have never had any complains before. The AC is serviced twice a year and cools as it should. AC's indeed can struggle in summer, often caused by not keeping doors closed. The ice maker is repaired in the meanwhile, thanks for mentioning!
