"The house was great and in perfect condition.
Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful.
Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it.

"A great location, within walking distance of Kyoto Station. The staff was very friendly and helped us with the luggage transfer. The rooms are spacious and clean. Will totally visit again. "
"This hotel is amazing, it's a little dated and I recommend getting room cleaning service because of the floors however, omg the Natural springs, massage chairs, ice cream, yogurt shots (for digestion not drinks), coffee, tea, water, ramen and friendly/accommodating staff make this stay soooon worth it!
