"Simple furnishings but a very uncomfortable mattress lumpy and bits sticking up so not easy to find a comfortable position to sleep. Relieved I was on my own. "
"Hotel was clean and comfortable, however you had to pay to park your car, which is ridiculous seeing as the hotel is at the side of a road with nothing around it, so non hotel users would have no need to park there!"

"Hotel was amazing and the manager could not have been more helpful and enthusiastic about the city a credit to Leeds
As a birthday trip couldn't have been better "
"We had a lovely time and the only thing I would change is to have one king bed rather than 2 large beds pushed together. The beds kept pushing away from eachother making sleeping ABIT awkward. But everything else was really good. "
"A wonderful place to stay. Every member of staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel in general is open and spacious and very inviting and cosy.
Superb location for the proximity to the train station and a very short walk to the shops, bars and restaurant's.
The Roman Walls are just outside the hotel so very easy to be able to walk along the wall.
Really looking forward to visitng again."
"We love this chain but it’s the first time we’ve stayed at the Hotel Indigo in York. Exactly the standard of service we expect and the surroundings are lovely. Gorgeous breakfast too - help yourself to tighter, juices and pastries and then waiter service for the hot breakfast.
It turns out that as IHG members we were also entitled to a late check out at no extra cost!
Great trip and we will definitely check out Hitel Indigo in more cities."
