"Had a two night Stay here with friends and my sister for her birthday. On arrival, the concierge team were so helpful and friendly, along side checking in.
I paid for bed and breakfast, the breakfast was amazing and the choices were fantastic too.
Didn’t have dinner here as explored much of York, so can’t comment on that.
Everyone were so friendly, said hello and always complimentary.
We will be coming back here. "
"A nice hotel in a great position. The room facilities were ok, not as good as I would have hoped for in a hotel of this quality. Poor selection of toiletries and the lighting in the room was odd. Breakfast and bar service was very good though I’m not sure why the mocktails are not included in the happy hour pricing! "
"Check in was very smooth. Great location at a walkable distance to Clifford's Tower and The Shambles. Also close to multiple bus stops if you are traveling further. The room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping came by every day to refresh the room. They also held our luggage for us the day that we checked out so that we could go explore the city without lugging around our things. "
