"The check-in was smooth, the food delicious. The pool was lovely. Our only small gripe was that there appeared to be a number of new staff in the restaurant and bar who perhaps lacked essential training, all were very pleasant but didn't appear to have been fully briefed on their roles and how to carry them out. We understand training time may be limited but it would assist guests greatly. Many thanks for an overall great stay!"

"The room was fantastic and on the top floor, but had a broken bathroom door which was difficult to open and close."

"All great with Hotel, but staff stand out. Very friendly and they kindly arranged an early morning Taxi to take me to Hospital for planned surgery. "

"We had room only so no breakfast in the hotel but there were nearby places which were good. Room was comfortable and enough space for opening cases (a pet hate if I can't). Bathroom was OK - shower in bath. Location was excellent. Carpark is across the road from the back of the hotel - seemed safe and enough spaces for clientelle. "
