"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is fantastic! We had a college baseball tournament over spring break, and this rental was perfect for our team. Right on the beach with great views, and the owner is very responsive to messages. The beach toys and chairs in the porch closet were a great bonus for our group, and we really enjoyed our time here. One thing to note is that you have to go outside to move between the first and second floor. We definitely recommend Dusty's Oyster Bar for some local fare and visiting the shops at Pier Park. We plan to stay here again next year!"

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The view was absolutely amazing and the condo was well furnished. Only giving 4/5 stars because our first night we had some issues with getting the AC to work properly but it did eventually start working and cooling the condo. Overall, would definitely recommend. The host made sure we had everything we needed. "
