"There was a very intense snow storm on the day I was to arrive. So, Stephanie, from this Best Western motel, personally called to inform me of the dire driving conditions and of the limited staff and services that would be available, should I decide to come. Her proactive, safety minded information helped me decide that I should cancel my trip up north. She also took care of cancelling my reservation. Stephanie seems to be a truly caring and kind person who goes out of her way to serve and help others. This motel is so lucky to have her working for them. Thank you so much, Stephanie. Marie "

"The home was very clean and very accomodating. They had plenty of pots/pans and plates in the kitchen as well as having plenty of extras items in the bathroom. The hosts were EXTREMELY kind and responded right away. The house is pet friendly which is great for families with a furry friend but also good to keep in mind if you have allergies. This home had everything we needed, was a perfect distance from skiing, was homey, and has the BEST hosts. We will definitely be staying again! "
