"We booked the accommodation for a short stay in London. It was convenient for both tube and buses into the city centre and had a great choice of eateries close by. It was easy to find and easy to access. All the pre-arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was clean, as was the bathroom and was just what we needed for the stay. "There is no air conditioning. The food at the restaurant is very good. You can catch a bus right by the hotel to go downtown, and the Oxford Tube as well. This hotel is good value for the money."

"The hotel was nice, but lacked attention to detail. Dirty behind the desks and in less visible areas. There were very limited usb charging options and no outlets near the bed. The shower was odd and difficult to use without getting water everywhere. Overall an ok stay, but won't be back."
