"Fabulous hotel. Staff were so helpful and polite. Minor issue was temperature in our room the air con was blowing out warm air at 26 degrees and unit wouldn’t seem to adjust."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel has been finished to a very high standard. We loved looking at all the photographs, paintings and points of interest in the hotel. Some really thoughtful touches. Particular highlight was Drawing Room 2. The room is just beautiful and the cocktails at the bar were great too"

"The house was generally clean, a little bit of updating is needed to fix a damaged window lock in the back bedroom, treat a patch of damp in the bathroom, and secure a floor strip on one of the doorways. But the house has everything you could reasonably need for a short-medium stay. The location is generally quiet, with quick access to the local high street, and trains into Central Belfast. The host is decent at communicating check-in info, and facilities."

2 Bed 2 Bath Garden Apartment - The Greenway Getaway!

"The property was clean (except the carpets needed attention, which the host said would be addressed) and just the right size for our needs. We had one family, 2 adult couples. Sadly there was a problem with heat for a day until it was fixed and again with hot water in one of the showers. That took a few days to fix and we had to let in plumbers or leave keys in a lockbox so they could get in while we were out. The owner dealt with the problems promptly but was difficult to contact at times. Full size fridge/freezer a plus. Street parking was readily available."
