"Had a good stay hotel staff very friendly and nice, bar staff very unfriendly namely the food and beverage supervisor seemed like he didn’t want to be there standing behind the bar and not serving customers or picking and choosing who to serve first needs to be retrained on customer service and be more welcoming. This happened on the 15/8/25 and I think it could be a reason the bar was quiet at that time."
"We were over for the 12th celebrations. The property was in a great location, the host responded very quickly to any queries, the property was very clean, homely and had everything we needed, the bed had the comfiest pillows I’ve ever came across and the host had left us milk etc for a cuppa on arrival, beautiful interior and all that was needed for our stay. "Our week stay at the Cornmill was fantastic! It was even better than expected. it's a quiet place in the country but still so close to Dundonald and Comber. Only about 15 to 20 min drive to Belfast. Lindsay was a very responsive and kind host. We can not wait to come back and can not wait to recommend the Cornmill to anyone we know heading to the area. The views are amazing, plenty of room for a family of 4. Everything you need to cook, washer and dryer which was so helpful for a long stay. You just can't go wrong staying at Lindsay's place. Thank you for opening your wonderful home and making us feel at home. "
