"Room very clean, comfy beds, grest shower. Nice variety of food for breakfast great to have sea views from restaurant. Ideal location for local attractions and very convenient parking. Even better if the car park rates were cheaper. We also had a noisy corridor which disturbed us several times during the night. "

"View from the room was outstanding! Definitely worth visiting the hotel for this. Big comfy bed also. Location great on the seafront. Could hear noise from outside / other guests, but personally this didn't bother me. Hotel in general is tired around the edges, could do with a spruce up especially for the price you pay. Disappointing dinner in the restaurant - much better on offer in Brighton, would venture out. "

"Lovely hotel, great staff, lovely see view, would defently stay again, only thing was the floor boards in are room was squeeky through the whole room and 2 floor boards underneath the toilet was moving the toilet. Room was hot but had a fan in the room."
