"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

I can honestly say this is one of the finest properties Iā€™ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The hotel itself is stunningā€”beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. But what truly sets it apart is the staff. Every person we encountered was warm, kind, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay exceptional. Their hospitality wasnā€™t just excellentā€”it felt sincere. To me, the true measure of a great hotel isnā€™t just its architecture or amenities, but the people who bring it to life every day. In that regard, this place is second to none.
