"I was there Thursday through Sunday. Room was clean, front desk very friendly, but breakfast was not monitored very well. Hot items not refilled, one morning not any fresh fruit, twice no hot water for tea and three out of four coffees were empty. No one wiping down tables. You had to actively look for help, no one was ever coming out and checking surroundings"

"Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable as well. The air conditioner was efficient and quiet. We had a tv with a large choice of channels, a mini frig., microwave, and iron board + iron. We could get a cup of coffee any time in the lobby too! Breakfast was basic. The young gentleman at the front desk ( Shrey?) was extremely friendly, professional, and polite. Every time we saw him he was vacuuming, cleaning a window, and well, basically keeping the place Organized and fresh! It's so refreshing to see a young man with such a wonderful work ethic. We'll stay here again if in the area. Thank you ! "

"Night staff acted really weird to my wife. Wouldn’t give her a card to the room, even though I called and had her name added. Very rude to her. Will never stay here again and I do not recommend anyone stay. "

"Would not stay here again. To start, when we I booked, I paid (extra) for a suite with a sofa bed. The room we were given had no sofa bed, it was just a standard room. We made it work, as we were told upon entry, that they were no other room available. We get into to room, it wasn’t awful looking, just a lot of holes in the walls (foreshadowing). We were provided ZERO towels in the room. We called and they brought offered us ONE towel (for 5 people). We checked out the hot tub, had to call for more towels there as well, as there were none….The hot tub was okay until my fiancé got in and there is a giant hole in one of the floor grates, so his leg went right into the hole and came out completely scratched up from the plastic broken cage. The best part was packing up and finding MOUSE DROPPINGS EVERYWHERE. They weren’t there when we arrived, but you could hear them skittering around during the night. Just a terrible experience l, and I cannot imagine staying here with small children! Stay somewhere else if that’s an option!"

"The room was nice and clean. The Hotel worker that checked us in asked if we would want a handicapped accessible room, which I gladly accepted. I had a broken foot and my husband has issues with balance. We were very disappointed with the walk in shower. It was very narrow and the floor sloped down to the drain and it was very slippery. The shower curtain wasn't long enough and water sprayed out onto the floor making it very slippery. The shower head was a detachable one at shoulder level so you had to hold it to get water on yourself and had to make sure it was pointed towards the back wall so water would not go everywhere. Also had the shower curtain so close it just stuck to you while trying to wash off. Along with the water pressure going in and out. It was a very negative shower experience. On another note, the luggage carts were in poor shape and extremely hard to maneuver. Just will not return to this location again."

"Neither the TV nor the phone worked in my room. A staff member came up and unplugged both and then plugged them back in hoping that would work (it didn't) but stated that they had no maintenance staff in the evenings and could not fix either during my one night stay. "

"The property was well maintained. Rooms were clean and up to date. Hotel employees were very helpful. My only problem was that rooms were only cleaned every other day! I would definitely recommend this property."
