"The hotel staff were veey freindly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was superb, as was the food in the Champagne Lounge. The Spa was good, albeit not many places to sit and relax in between sessions in and out of the sauna. The room was very nice and comfortable, we had a sea view which was an added bonus. The shower was nice and powerful. Would definitely return."

"We arrived early due to a Chacewater of flight time but this didn't inconvenience the hotel staff at all. They ensured our room was made available. We did report that the toilet was stained and this was immediately rectified. The room otherwise was extremely clean and tidy. Breakfast was perfectly cooked with plenty of cold buffet choices also. We also chose to eat in the hotel restaurant in the evenings and the food was excellent and very competitively priced, although the wine choice was limited and a touch pricey. "

"We had a lovely stay. Room was great although parts of the hotel are a little tired but being renovated in time for summer. Breakfast and staff were excellent. I would stay with Best Western in Jersey again."
