"Good location for exploring the London. Big Ben was 15min away by walking from the hotel. Also the Thames river is in walking distance as well. Buses and Tubes are close to the hotel so we took tubes to go many attractions in London. Hotel was very nice and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and very nice. Convenient stores and cafes are close by. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again. "

"I absolutely loved the hotel's location; the room I booked this time allowed me to lie in bed and watch the crowds of people walking on the bridge, such a wonderful experience! However, the cleanliness still leaves room for improvement. Furthermore, the sound of the door closing on the first floor is incredibly loud—every single time—and it is truly agonizing! I recommend avoiding rooms on the first floor!"

"Location was great; everything else was NOT. They are like the cheapest of the cheap airlines that nickel and dime you for everything: $80 for a few hours of early checkin, $25 for holding your bag, no fresh towels or linens for a 5 night stay, no garbage removal, no coffee, no nothing!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest staff and were impressed with the hotel's architecture and location. The hotel is conveniently located right near the Embankment Station, as well as very walkable to many sight seeing activities. We had the London Eye and an array of pubs, restaurants, and shopping within a short distance: the Palace was a 20-minute walk away (and a lovely walk through London's beautiful buildings and parks), Big Ben, Abbey, and Parliament were only a 10-minute walk. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was lovely. This trip was for myself and my 10-year-old, and I upgraded us to a room with a view of the river in the London Eye and have no regrets - it really added to our experience to be able to see the London city lights and the London Eye from our room. After a long day of walking and activities, we really enjoyed relaxing in our room and having access to the gym and hotel restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the London area, especially for tourist activities. I would absolutely stay here again and again. "

"All rooms have non-closing bathroom doors. Reception told me it was Health and Safety! There’s a two inch gap so you can carry on talking while you’re in there. An Allen key would undo the stopper. Don’t pay for breakfast. It can be a bun fight, very crowded, queues and cold beans on a small plate. Plenty of other options nearby. Pool also gets v busy. Is clean and staff are nice. Good location. Central. "
