"All good, only thing is toilet was extremely low , I have bad knees had an aweful time getting up. Other than that the room and staff were excellent. P.s Hockey team kids 1am banging on all doors . Parents should be told if they don’t control their children they will be charged extra if complaints come in. Thank you"

"The view was breathtaking - it was a little cold and no heater working. but the staff helped us to use a mini heater. The room was not perfectly clean - we wanted to use the tub but it was dusty and hairs around. but overall my stay was a satisfaction!"

"Spacious room, very clean room. Mirjana (cleaning staff) & Nemanya (front desk) were really nice. Some of the staff should be given some lesson in courtesy & personal hygiene to guests especially the one who knocked on our door although the ‘do not disturb’ sign was on. Just asked when we’re leaving. Not even introducing herself. Not even a thank you! Another cleaning staff stinks that she leaves her ‘scent’ in the elevator every time we use it. We were there for 4 nights!"
