"The room is small but has everything. They also offered to put my orange juice in their fridge. Love the shower, adjustable AC, and elevator perfect for heatwave days in the UK. Everyone who works at the reception is helpful and friendly; impeccable customer service."

"Amazing hotel! Was just what my partner and I needed for a couple nights in London, especially with the heat we were hit with. The air conditioning was so easy to adjust and made it such a comfortable experience at night. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and we had all we needed. We only had breakfast one morning since it was a bit expensive (£13 per person) but the food selection was good and they also offer take away bags. An easy walk to Kings Cross and St. Pancras, as well as to some attractions like the British Museum. Convenient location and overall a great accommodation for the price. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!"
