"This was a lovely hotel with really friendly and attentive staff. The food was incredible in the restaurant with various options to choose from. The garden at the rear of the hotel was really lovely and was a great place to relax after our meal. I cannot fault it. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"mostly positive stay at this hotel. Although parking was quite tight, I managed to find a space without too much trouble. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the room was clean, tidy, and free of any odours. The shower was a highlight—powerful with impressively hot water. My only real complaint is that the floors were extremely creaky throughout the building, which could be a bit distracting. "

"Great place.... overnight single week day stop over due to train cancellation.... Good service....rooms good all be it random numbering and quite a walk from the hotel reception.... Tried the Restaurant.... very reasonable... seemed quiet on a week night although told or was busy... Recommend the pool.. never tried the spa.... will be back if ever stuck in Crewe again... Room was serviced by a lovely girl..... Kate T.... Everything was as it should be... "

"Surpassed my expectations in every respect. Clean, modern and relatively spacious room. Breakfast offered a good range and was very good. I ate dinner in for 5 nights and was never disappointed. Will certainly stay again. "

"Lady who checked us in was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble even though she was really busy. Restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a long gap between our starter and getting our main meal which was the only downside. We had to ask for the child’s meal to be brought as it was getting quite late. Food was hot and tasty when it was eventually served. Booking a slot in the pool was easy. Our room was clean, well stocked with toiletries, tea and coffee and the beds were very comfy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again. "
