"Cleanest hotel in Birmingham, friendly staff and a decent breakfast "

"Food was nice and fresh could do with a bit more choice in hot food selection. Service was not good always having to ask for them to top up coffee as they are meant to come top it up and they never come and asked if you wanted more coffee so that was a shame. Stud waiting for them to show us to a table a guy at the table had to say you have people wanting to be seated so not good there. But the rooms are ok could be better if it had charging plugs next to the bed as there wasn't any. Maybe think twice about this hotel next time. And having to pay for £8 a day for parking as well not good. "

"The housekeeping here is spot on, the staff at reception, breakfast service and the chefs are friendly and kind. This is why we choose Voco every time! Sometimes things are slightly wrong but everyone is so quick to help and fix it, you can't complain."

"Room was modern, very quiet location, breakfast was good value. Good quality food. The only negative was a luke warm shower in the morning."

"The breakfast menu was fresh and replenished throughout. The staff from reception to lifeguard go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable! The grounds and building itself is lovely though a little dated which has no impact on your actual stay. We used the pool and the temperature was a tad cool, but jacuzzi and sauna room was fantastic. Having said this the shower temperature in the leisure was piping hot and this area I believe needed some maintenance with painting etc. Overall a brilliant stay and I would highly recommend, you won’t regret it."
