Lagunitas-Forest Knolls Hotels

"The hotel property itself was OK. Obviously, because I was only there for one night, I wasn’t looking for a five star with amenities. However, I was agreed at kindly and given my choice of rooms, either upstairs or downstairs in the back; where it was supposed to be quiet. I chose the downstairs room. The issue… Whoever was upstairs had music going all night long and they were banging around. There was also an additional one or two units behind me that were being noisy until about 1 AM. I went to the front desk around midnight; no one was there. Then I went back around 1 AM and knocked on the door. Then again at 2:30 AM, I rang the evening buzzer no response. At the risk of getting involved in the confrontation, I did not contact the neighbor upstairs at 3 AM. But he did turn the music off, but the pounding continued. Finally, at checkout I told the staff about my lack of sleep adventures. They didn’t really seem interested. They basically said they will “let them know”.. They seem very disinterested in my calm complaint as they tuned and walked away. So I just said goodbye and left. Based on what I was looking for in a hotel for the evening, I would’ve given this place 4 stars had that problem been resolved and had my room been ready when I checked it at 4:00 PM. (no towels and final bed coverings). however, I will reiterate, the gal who stalked my room and check in person were very pleasant welcoming."

"Didnt stay 1. Check in is with kiosk with an associate on zoom screen speaking to you. No one at front desk. 2. He told me there was a fee for check in which wasnt on the bill itinerary the room was pre-paid, 3 went to property 2x and room was not ready "

"Great they even had a selection of different pillows and I was able to find one that I allowed me ti sleeps I usually have to. Bring my own or roll up a towel fir my necks "

"I loved everything about this hote!l Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with a wonderful king bed. Free on-site parking. Delicious breakfast buffet included. Located north of San Francisco just south of the Napa and Sonoma wine country. Beautiful Mount Tam is nearby. Mount Tam is a wonderful scenic drive just a short distance from the Hotel."

"Excellent customer service by Stefani at check in, I felt very welcomed, thank you. Leticia in the breakfast room very kind, always attentive. Demi, Gabriel, and Sarai thank you so much for the room service, and the extra coffee pads. I recommend this hotel, they have full breakfast, clean rooms and there are no homeless around."
