"They promise your room to be available for check-in by 4 PM and our room still is not available at 5 PM and there were many other frustrated customers in the lobby whose rooms also were not ready. Our refrigerator freezer was making a super loud noise and all they said was sorry for your inconvenience. I would love to post the video i took of the noise."

"Annoyed that when we arrived and checked in at 2:30 pm, we were told the room was ready, but we couldn't check in because a supervisor had not inspected the room yet. My wife and son waited 1.5 hours until they finally allowed us to get the room keys and go to the room at 4:00 pm. I can't imagine it would take more than 5-10 minutes for a supervisor to walk through and inspect the room. Then during the stay, there was a youth soccer tournament and the young kids took over the hotel, pool and amenities. When we advised the front desk at check out they advised they heard similar complaints from other guests, but offered nothing for the inconvenience."
