"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant had a good range of options and wasn’t too busy even at peak times. There was a bit of a shortage of beds around the pool and people were leaving towels from 7am and then disappearing for half the day which doesn’t help. The other bars and restaurants in the complex were good and the prices were very reasonable. The location of the Hotel is very central but not too noisy. We would visit again."

"This is my 5th visit to this hotel since 2018. As ever I enjoyed the overall experience.
Staff are very good and I would highlight many enjoyable interactions I had with the cleaning staff and also in the restaurant. In addition, the staff on reception made me feel very welcome when I arrived.
I was allocated one of the refurbished superior rooms and what a difference. Gone are the old green carpets and instead a more hygienic laminate flooring. There are also power points round the bed...

We were a family of three, retirees and our 30 yr old daughter with Intellectual Disability. We had an amazingly good holiday at this top class resort. Every aspect of the setting and amenities were excellent. The staff were exceptional in their care and personal attention to detail. We found that, for example, there was a very speedy service in the restaurant. The food was excellent with 4 choices for each course and in 7 days of eating dinner each day we had no repeats on the menu. Each...

Lovely hotel for a restful holiday. The food is the highlight: delicious and excellent quality. Refreshing breeze keeps the pool area cool, plenty shade and comfy sunbeds. All the staff are very friendly.

Really clean, well maintained modern hotel. Gym needs to be extended, there are not enough machines and you or someone else is usually waiting.
There should also be a note left in room telling you not to use the tap water for the kettle or coffee machine, we only found out by asking and wer e told under no circumstances to use it. If it is that important, it needs to be noted.

Bright sunny room 3rd floor overlooking the beach.A bottle of champagne on ice,2small bottles of red wine and fruit bowl greeted us on arrival. There were 2 sun loungers for our use on the veranda, also slippers and robes. The air conditioning was very welcome. Terrific food at all mealtimes plenty of choice for everyone. Bus stop across the road and taxis are cheap.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a smile that continued throughout our stay.
Rooms were really nice - spacious and like the entire resort, spotlessly clean. The food was of excellent quality and service was really good. We ate here event night, despite thinking we might go elsewhere for a change. But the food was so good, it was hard to venture out elsewhere. Pool was lovely - very clean and heated, making it ideal for a swim at any time. Comfortable sun loungers and peace...

3rd time staying here and would highly recommend these apartments. Stayed here for 8 nights in one of the 2 bed villas. Reception on arrival was great and the apartments are lovely (even though we didn't stay in one of the refurbished units. My only gripe is the cost of wifi = €8 a day

Really nice hotel in a quiet area..the room was lovely, very spacious, comfy beds and a huge bathroom area .. the rainfall shower wasn’t very powerful though with was a bit disappointing! The balcony was a great size too with a gorgeous view of the pool area and the sea.
The mini bar was complimentary and was refilled every day, along with the water and coffee pods.
Breakfast was a standard buffet with a good selection of hot and cold food!
