"Queen room front view was nice, spacious. Noise levels from passing traffic was very tolerable. Front entrance seat area nice and genetably quiet. Parking poor actually non existent to the hotel."

"Had 2 beds when on the website it clearly shows a room with 1 bed so not much room in the room, Was also given a room suitable for a wheelchair. Staff in restaurant didn’t bring me the items I ordered even though a sign said order with a member of staff. Decent location and nice hotel but with plenty of choice I wouldn’t stay here again"

"I feel the stay could have been better with greater attention to service. We paid for early check in, as we were attending a wedding and wanted to drop our things off/get ready. We were told that our twin bed set up had yet to be turned into separate beds from the king bed. When we got back at 12:30am, the beds hadn't been separated and at that point, just wanted to sleep. It was a really uncomfortable night. The room was stiflingly hot and there were only too small upper windows, not letting enough air in. It got to the point at 5am where it became unbearable, so we attempted to put the supplied fan on, but it made so much noise due to a bent fan, thankfully we managed to adjust it to stop the noise. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was good, the staff on reception were friendly... it's just a shame that the housekeeping service, broken fan, and poor ventilation in the room let the experience down. I couldnt bear to think what it would be like to stay in one of those rooms during a heatwave."
