Efficient, friendly staff and the hostess Donna couldnt help us enough,very nice lady,let us know where we could eat and drink. Very comfortable beds and the room was clean and immaculate.Complimentary continental breakfast which was unexpected but much appreciated., Great location for visiting Anfield and approx a 20min walk,but plenty of bars en route. Will definitely stay again when we are next up,100% recommend.

Weekend trip for the grand national at nearby Aintree. Convenient bus service #10 to town. Great staff and breakfast service. Lovely local pub down near the bus stop. Highly recommended.

Stayed here as a visit to Anfield, Guest house was clean and roomy, we prefer a much harder bed than we had but it was only for one night, own bathroom and shower, tv, coffee and tea facilities, towels, shampoo, continental breakfast was fine no evening meal provided, car parking, all in all was pleasant we would use again.

The staff was friendly upon arrival. Took us to our room and showed us game room. Small room, couldn’t access bed from both sides, mattress badly stained, comforter smelled unclean, no mattress pad, bathroom floor soft and unstable, sewer odor from toilet.

It’s an old building with a certain charm. It’s a little tired around the edges - certainly in the bedroom. Our bed was very soft and bowed in the middle like a hammock but somehow slept fine - the wine probably helped! The dining room was smart and the continental breakfast basic/limited but functional.
