Very clean and great place to stay on a budget 😁

Was very suprised From outside hotel a bit run down but the room was great! Very clean and extra bonus of a fan which was great for the hot weather! The guy that checked us in was very helpful and polite defo would stay there again Thank you 😊

Like reviews I read before, looks abandoned from the outside with shutters covering the bottom windows and parking very hard to find but property inside had no issues with and the receptionist was polite and welcoming

アンフィールドに行くのにはうってつけの場所です。日本史なら少し汚いと思うことがあるかもしれません。しかし、オーナーは優しくWhatsAppで連絡を取ると1分以内には返事をしてくれます。また、徒歩五分圏内に、マクドナルド、ケンタッキー、サブウェイ、スーパーがあるのでご飯には困りませんでした。

직원은 충분히 친절했습니다. 저희는 안필드에 경기관람 및 스타디움 투어를 계획했기에, 다른 관광지 접근성도 좋아 숙소 위치에 매우 만족했습니다. 특히 근처에 맥도날드, KFC, 슈퍼마켓이 있다는것이 아주 좋았습니다. 다만, 다음과 같은 점들이 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 1. 숙소 내부에서 조리를 할수없었다는점 2. 이메일로 사전에 조율한 late check-in 비용과 다른 금액을 청구한 점(심지어 그 답변을 받는데 3일이 소요되었습니다.) 3. 왓츠앱 메세지 및 전화의 응답이 전혀 없다는것 4. 연박을 했음에도 숙소의 청소가 없고 수건교체 조차 없었다는점 5. 수건 교체를 요청했으나 깜빡했다며 다시 요청할때까지 응답하지않은점 6. 천장에 구멍이나있고, 변기에 이물질이 있고, 천장에서 물이 샜습니다

Would not recommend

Would not recommend - turned up and tried to check in, only to be told that my booking could not be found and that the hotel was closed for several weeks. After some discussion, my booking was accepted and i was allowed check in. No breakfast was available, despite this being included in my booking

Awful.

When I arrived to ask about parking which wasn't obvious, I was told that Throstles tried to contact me several times unsuccessfully to inform me the Kitchen was out of commission and food was not available and they offered an upgrade to my room. The local area has KFC, Dominos, McDonalds and several others, so I stayed. The upgrade was to a room with en suite! I might have missed that I didn't have that when booking. The shower was so small a child could only comfortable shower. The Internet for that room was there, but useless as the signal was so weak. I complained the first night about this, but on the second night it wasn't fixed. You have to contact the reception every time you want to leave the hotel because the front door needs to be unlocked. Summary; no breakfast; no internet and no shower.

Budget accommodation with welcoming staff

booked at short notice to attend a stag party weekend and couldn't fault the great staff and very welcome breakfasts. It was comfortable and clean and ideal for what we wanted for the location and price. Its not 'high end' but the staff make it a great place to stay - very hospitable indeed!
