Upon arrival the apartment was clean and very nicely decorated with lovely finishing touches that made it feel very homely. "The front door lock needed repair. To many times it took multiple tries to open. Twice it took 10 mins before we could enter. The sleeper sofas are in need of replacement. The upstairs bathroom is so tiny it’s almost not usable. If you happen to be there when the temperature is 27/29 fans should be provided. It was very uncomfortable.
