"I stayed in this hotel during a recent 2-day break to Liverpool, and I was very impressed by the standard of the property. Upon my arrival I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist who informed me that I'd been upgraded to a deluxe room, which was an unexpected surprise. With this upgrade I was given a voucher entitling me to 200% off food and drink purchased in the hotel throughout my stay. Needless to say that I took advantage of this offer and I'm very glad that I did, as the food and service in both the Seven Seas Brasserie and the Castaway Bar were second to none. It is with this in mind that I rate this hotel a 5/5 property and I will be back. "

"Room was Spotless although some Edge plastic Drinking cups were mistaken for garbage. Concierge Matt was more than helpful sorting tour with Gareth. And extra kind whilst we were waiting beforehand. "
