"Always a good choice. Friendly and helpful staff - .they very kindly made us hot drinks while we were waiting for our rooms. Love the evening drinks and snacks. Great they allocated us adjoining rooms, made our celebrations more fun. Bit miffed that price was higher than the previous and following day ( football match on ) and that member rates weren't applied. Love the Molton Brown products but it's really difficult to read what is in each container. A great stay with a few niggles."

"Lovely big room , very clean with a large comfy bed. My only downside was the lighting in the rooms is very gloomy, not great for putting make up on! Bathroom lighting was bright but nowhere to put anything! Location of hotel is great, very central, short walk to Albert Dock. "

"We eere greeted with a very friendly welcome from Conny who checked us in. Going to the room the lifts and corridors were spotless and smelt so fresh! The room was a great size , very clean and the bed is the comfiest i have slept jn for a very long time ( im never comfy in hotel beds). The shower was great and the rolm had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if Inwas visiting the area."

"Nice room and good facilities, very good location. Lovely views from the breakfast area. A minor issue (not the hotel's fault): access to parking in the adjacent public multistorey is not good - stairs only when the shopping mall is closed e.g. Sunday before 11am; and when it is open the lifts in the mall are inadequate for the number of people using them."

"Great stay, comfy and shops easily accessible. No cooked breakfast is a bit of a downer though, only baked beans and scrambled eggs. The ret of it was fine"
