"The staff on reception were very friendly and keen to add anything they could to the stay. Excellent communication in the build-up to my stay and a nice card to greet me when I arrived. The room was clean and had everything you would need. A comfortable bed also made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel was also in a great location to reach anything I could need. Highly recommended. "Room very well kept with all provisions… the water and coffee provided daily was a very nice touch following a very kind complimentary room upgrade. Great views from the 15th floor! Staff very courteous and happy to help. (Friendly feedback… hot breakfast items not great and tough to eat, as they seem to be cooked up early and left to dry out under the heat lamps). "
