"Wonderful stay. Will definitely be booking again when we are in London."

"This place was perfect. It was air conditioned, with an operating lift, a hundred feet from an underground entrance, it was super clean. It had a full kitchen, excellent bathroom, the best best bath towels I’ve ever seen in Europe, two tvs, and made for a perfect holiday."

"Great communication with host, easy check in, clean, close to Euston Station."

"Great instructions on the property.Fantastic location and quiet area."

"Beautiful flat near everywhere we wanted to visit in London, much of it walking distance. Excellent customer service! Would 100% stay here again"

"Our family of four stayed in this flat during a recent trip to London. It is a lovely area of the city, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and the flat itself is easy to find. The air conditioning was welcomed on hot days. Check in and check out was easy. The host communicated well. Definitely recommend!"

"The location is perfect. The kitchen could have used more utensils etc. The hosts were GREAT, communication etc. Honestly, that makes a tremendous difference when it comes to enjoying a vacation. They always answered our questions and were more than willing to help with anything we needed."

"The flat was very centrally located in a vibrant street with lots of shops and restaurants. The Brunswick centre across the road has a Waitrose so shopping is convenient. The flat itself is clean and quite conpact but had everything we needed. As a basement it's a little on the dark side and there were a couple of minor irritations such as no bin bags provided and no dishtowel for drying dishes, plus in one bedroom the double bed was pressed against the wall so only one person in a couple can...

"1. This unit is at the top of the building - 5 flights up. There is a TINY elevator that barely one person & a carry-on suitcase can fit into. If you have a lot of luggage, small children, elderly guests or get claustrophobic in tiny elevators, this isn't the place for you. 2. This place needs a serious deep cleaning. The doors/walls/baseboards were all filthy & had clearly not been wiped down. If you like extreme cleanliness, this isn't the place for you. 3. The kitchen is stocked at an...

"Comfortable, well-equipped apartment close to Oxford Street, cafes and restaurants. Spacious master bedroom with en-suite. Second bedroom and bathroom quite small. Good base from which to explore London."

"Great location. Easy to get to everything. Wish there were more towels provided, more toilet paper and more coffee. "

"This place was bot nice. We were supposed to stay 4 nights. Most expensive VRBO in Mayfair, so expected a real treat for the family. Location as advertised but the place was absolutely, horrifically, disgusting. Mold everywhere. Flood stained walls. They did not disclose that the lobby was under construction. No A/C in main area (2nd floor) and smelled like chlorine in bottom / basement (where all the bedrooms are). Disgusting sheets, hole in door in master directly to a “pool” that you...

"Great location - clean and well appointed property. Easy check-in."

"Let me first start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded to our needs very quickly, which was appreciated. The apartment is rundown. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. It looks like the bathroom had been remodeled somewhat recently. The drain clogged in the shower, but they were quick to repair that. The space is OK. There are two twins or a king bed in one...

"Harrods across the street and many shops around so lots of shopping can be done. Choices of foods are okay but mostly cater to tourists. There is a Tube station nearby with many buses passing by. So, location is excellent. Basically there are mostly everything you need. They just need to be updated. Wifi had some hiccups, but was resolved in a timely manner. Responsive host. Thanks."

"Basically within 10 minutes OR LESS of everything. But, you have to be fit. Those 70 stairs are a hike. We workout daily and I felt it!! You must be capable of that. It’s tight and no balcony but it’s not noisy at all. It’s opposite the Gielgud theatre. Right by Chinatown. Overall I would say this is exactly as advertised and it’s perfect if you want the London”scene”. Piccadilly Circus tube is a 2 min walk!! "
