"Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant very good. Excellent value for money. It's being refurbished and this does need to continue, as some parts are a bit 'tired', though still very clean. Main criticism would be the lighting - mis-matched and dull lighting in the bedrooms, would be an easy fix. Would definitely recommend though, given excellent value for money and great food."

"We had a lovely time, great leisure centre. The kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were very helpful, Felicity was helpful as she decorated the room nicely for my daughter’s birthday. Thanks for a lovely stay. "

"Excellent location right my the M4 if traveling East or West, very clean throughout, housemaid every day ensuring your room was spotless on return after a long day. Excellent facilities on site, the casa restaurant and bar served good food and drinks. All the staff I encountered are first class. Paid parking every night is what most hotels do now these days. But very secure. Excellent rates per night, would not hesitate staying here again. "
