"Hotel is new so clean and well presented. I ended up with a lower ground floor room which wasn’t great especially due to the price of the room which was inflated due to London fashion week being on. Breakfast view was lovely overlooking the church. On arrival was told breakfast was complementary but then they tried to charge me for it on leaving which I disputed and they removed the charge from my bill."

"This was my first ever hostel experience and it was great. The staff were super kind, friendly, and helpful. I stayed in a 4-bed mixed dorm and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it had a curtain and lockers which was important for me. We stayed in the newer building out at the back this time and the rooms were beautiful; modern, clean and extremely comfortable. Their in-house restaurant and bar are really good too.
