Never ended up staying here. Still working on trying to get my money back. They never provided check in instructions and after multiple messages they finally replied that they "unfortunately have to cancel this reservation due to a maintenance issue" and they haven't been in touch since. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK HERE

The only good is the Location This is not hotel, this is Airbnb When u walk to the propety is some construction staff. I hurt my foot. I except this is hotel with reception. I came early for drop of my luggage, but for my surprise, is not possible I send message from the WhatsApp and someone told me for rent storage outside After that, she told me she will bring some water and chocolate for the inconvenience, but of corse, she didn’t I don’t recommend this place😢

We booked this room for our overseas trip to London. Upon arriving and looking for our entry code to the door, we realized that the hosts never sent any codes OR working contact information. Despite numerous phone calls, messages, and reaching out to Expedia, we never received any communication from the hosts, resulting in us having to scramble to find a place to stay at 11pm. This absolutely was a scam and I would not recommend staying here or this host.

Top floor, no lift and only stairs, no window, no a/c or fans(was like a sauna, fridge didnt work well at all. Staff was very difficult to contact, no shower soaps/gels, tv didnt work well at all. Wifi no good.

The maintenance of the propert seems poor. The bathroom had a broken toilet seat.which shattered. The bed sheets didn't even fit the bed. There were bugs in the drain of the shower and it didn't drain properly. The hotel is old which means it is even more important to maintain high standards of maintenance of the building. If they had a Housekeeper of this property overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance then they might get better reviews and happier guests.
