"Very good location, close to Downtown Manhattan, subway stations, groceries, friendly staff. The area is at the border of Little Italy/Chinatown and the less prestigious Alphabet city so you will definitely see substance abusers and trash. Good thing the closest subway station is only 5 min walk. Enjoy!"

"Loved the location of this hotel. The stay was good. I had fun interactions with the staff about the Sixers and the Knicks, I wore my Sixers gear when I checked in. Good people work at the front. "Listen folks, if you are low on funds and need to stay in Manhattan for a night, this will suffice. I don't recommend couples coming here for a sexy night because the walls are thin and the ceilings are like mesh. You can hear everything. I'd say it's clean, but you can't clean built in grime. Great location. Nice staff."
