"It was our 2nd stay here. Clean, comfy and quiet rooms once more. Refrigerator, microwave and safe are a big win too. Subway station is opposite the hotel. Had a minor leak in the shower which was repaired within 5 minutes of notifying reception. The reception team was great with check-in, check-out and other needs. Will return again. "

"The hotel was very upscale and clean. The amenities was great and such a vibe. We absolutely love the rooftop lounge/bar the view was so amazing. Everything was just very amazing and beautiful. The only problem is housekeeping kept trying to enter our room we had to say something multiple times before they stopped trying to come in."

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to transit, great dining, and some of the best sights in the city, yet still calm and comfortable when it’s time to unwind. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, going out of their way to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The on-site restaurant and bar deserve special praise. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively yet refined, and it was the perfect spot to start the evening or wind down after a full day in the city. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and it quickly became a highlight of our trip. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again on our next visit to New York."
