Louis was absolutely a star so welcoming so warm helpful it was one of the best stay we’ve had in a hotel all because of the staff louis was accommodating I have a autistic son who has sensory issues she was supportive helpful provided me with Support when ever I asked and was always offering to do more. "Yeah, the room was very clean and quite modern, it was on the ground floor near the car park, so it was ideal for me. "

"The room was spotless, the bed and bedding was beautiful. Staff was amazing, coffee and tea for free was fantastic idea, I felt happy and had great Christmas, thanks to all the people who was working in the holiday time to make us comfortable, actually I was surprised even the cleaning lady done our room first thing in the morning. ❤️"

"The staff were very welcoming & friendly. The lady at reception saved me a trip to Aldi when I realised I had forgotten my toothbrush by given me a complimentary one. The only downside was the lift was out of order and my room was on the top floor. Luckily, I only had a small suitcase to carry up the 49 winding steps."

"What’s a little gem situated in the centre of Worcester The hotel is a lovely.The rooms were clean & up-to-date The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and to say it was in the centre of Worcester High Street. We did not hear a peep from the road or pubs.. I would definitely stay there again. "
