"The property location was perfect, and beautiful. Lovely local pub to walk to. The house was nicely decorated and had a homely feel. However the smell of damp dog was overwhelming, which didn’t suit us! Additionally the bedding smelt damp, and the towels of stale smoke. So it was necessary for me to do a couple of loads of washing during our stay. "

"My room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful during my stay. Breakfast was great too. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Ample onsite parking next to the pub for customers. Around a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The only negative for me was that there was a constant humming noise in my room during the day and evening, I think it was due the the extractor fans in the kitchen below. This was only an issue as I have noise sensitivity, most people would probably not even notice it. Also no hairdryer. Overall, a wonderful stay, great value for money."
