We provide a professional cleaning service through a cleaning company and own staff depending of the unit. Any object left by a previous guest or part of the apartment, can be a non intentional hazard, depending on the age of the guest. Be aware and let us know if you need us to take action on any repair or part removal during your stay. We are not responsible if you get injure or damage for parts or objects left by other guests or parts of the apartment and that we didn’t notice at the cleaning or maintenance time. Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities

I was super excited for this but the unit does not look like the pictures at all. There was stains on the walls and big cracks in the floor. The towels provided had stains and the fridge surface was cracking and brown. Also the fridge wasn’t cold enough but the freezer was too cold to store things. The bed was pretty comfortable and The view was great but that was about it. The grocery store being across the street was very convenient. They also charge u resort fees that were unexpected and valet fees that are per night and not per stay which racked up a lot of money. Over this wasn’t the best experience and most likely would not stay again.
