"They left me without a room because the night staff was too lazy to do their jobs and had to stay at another property. Morning staff realized what they did and tried to make it right. Rooms are not great… bring your own shampoo and body wash! Hard to believe MGM puts their brand on this property…"

"General areas and parts of the casino are under renovation which was indicated ahead of stay or at time of booking. Additionally, they ask upon checking in of you want your room serviced each day or not - as I was staying for business, I asked for daily service. Over the course of my 5day stay not once was my room serviced despite having made multiple requests. I would not recommend for business travelers."

Treasure Island - TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

"Just stayed at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas and honestly had a great time. I stayed in one of the Tower Suites and the room was HUGE. Great view of the Strip, two bathrooms, one with a deep jetted tub and the other with a walk in shower. The decor is definitely a little dated, but everything was very clean and well maintained, and the service throughout the property was consistently great. The vibe of the hotel sits perfectly in the middle ground between upscale and fun Vegas chaos. Not super ratchet, not ultra luxury like Fontainebleau Las Vegas, just a really fun, affordable, energetic place with an excellent location on the Strip. The pool was clean and relaxing. I’m an early riser so my partner and I had no problem getting great chairs in the morning, but by around 11 AM it definitely gets packed. Tons of fun restaurants and kitschy bars onsite too. The karaoke at the American themed bar was unexpectedly one of the highlights of the trip. There was also a cowboy themed bar that looked like a blast, but they wanted a $10 cover charge even though I was already paying a resort fee and staying at the hote so out of principle I skipped it. This hotel is PERFECT if you’re seeing a show at the Sphere. You can basically cross the street or take the pedestrian bridge into The Venetian Resort Las Vegas and walk all the way to the Sphere mostly indoors. Overall, super fun stay. Great value, great location, spacious rooms, and exactly the kind of Vegas"

Excalibur Hotel & Casino

"While our reservation was specifically for a "newly renovated room", the room that was assigned at check in was very dated, dingy, and smelled of cigarette smoke. There were stains on the sheets, and paint peeling from the tile floor in the bathroom floor. I have stayed at Xcalibur in the past, but it seems like the quality has declined over the last couple of years."
