"We spent a one night stay at Armathwaite Hall Hotel and immediately wished it was for longer...The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming, indeed all staff were friendly and helpful. Fortunately, the Lake View resturant was open for dinner during our stay; the food was delightful, well presented and perfectly proportioned. The spa was lovely, especially, the outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the gardens; which seemed a big hit with all of the guests...Overall we had a wonderful, restful stay and we fully intend to return in the very near future."

"What a charming little B&B. Such a warm, inviting group of people. Our room was incredibly spacious with a gorgeous view and the cooked to order breakfast in the mornings was amazing. Just a short walk into town and lots of options to eat. Definitely the best stay we’ve had thus far on our trip. Thank you to Adam and the team at the grange! "
