Hôtel Sainte-Beuve
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful room and friendly staff. It was the first trip to Paris for my 11 year old granddaughter and she loved it so much she bought a souvenir key ring! "
"Is My 2nd time at NOVETEL Paris--
Everything was is Perfect!!
Except this 1 lady(MARILANA) Don't know if I spelled her name right) at the Bar which I had an issue back in Jan 2025 --and I let it slide
This time she always had an Attitude when I ask for ice and ask for a Glass the first Night--she had an attitude like I was bothering her..
2nd day--I ask for the time the bar closes I guess she didn't understand-and give me attitude--And stated that French needs to be spoken--I stated to her thats a Tourist area that she must speak English!! And walked away.
The next day I ask Diane for ice and a glass-- and she gave it with no issues or attitude.
She(Marliana) shouldn't be working with the public--SHE NEEDS TO GO LEARN ENGLISH!!
Other then that I would recommend hotel. And will stay at NOVETEL Again!
PROS

CONS
-POOL- should have ADULT TIME-- too mnay kids by the pool.
-NO ICE MACHINES ON THE FLOORS--
had to keep asking for ice by the bar"
"A nice point to stay at while in Paris. Very close to the Eiffel Tower and on the banks of the River Seine. The rooms were very nice and clean, well appointed. The “Flame” restaurant was wonderful and the patio are a nice setting for a couple to enjoy a meal."
"Great little hotel well located in the southern Paris suburbs. The main thing I liked was the welcome I received from the concierge, who made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I stepped into the building. Rooms are small, but were perfectly adequate for me, and had everything I needed (the fan was a godsend!).
The hotel is also a five-minute stroll from the Denfert-Rocheau Metro stop which takes you right into the heart of the city, and a RER rail station is a couple of minutes further on which links directly to Gare du Nord, so perfect for anyone using Eurostar. Between these stops and the hotel are a number of good bars and restaurants, so everything I wanted was nearby."
"Very friendly staff, the hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. Around the hotel there are some nice cafes and restaurants with good food and happy hour everyday, nice to relax after a day of exploring Paris. The hotel is close to the metro with multiple lines so easy accessible from everywhere in Paris."
"Transportation access is great. Bus #30 stops in front of hotel which is very convenient plus it also takes you to the foot of Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triomphe. Other buses near hotel will also take you to many major tourist attractions/ places in Paris. "
