Beautifully appointed, nearly 2000 sq ft, 3 bed plus den bdrm/2 bath home with high ceilings and open floor plan. Located on a quieter street with green space on opposite side of street. Vanderbilt Beach is less than a mile to your right and Mercato is 0.2 miles to your left. Park your car in the attached garage and forget it! You can walk or bike anywhere!

The spacious great room with large sectional and leather recliner allows comfortable viewing of 85” smart TV. A 4th bedroom/office is provided if you need to mix a little work with play! Newly renovated kitchen, den, laundry. Glass door-wall opens home to covered screened-in lanai with heated pool.
Large king master en suite with USB ports and electrical outlets in bedside tables. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and lanai. Beautiful bedroom furniture, Sealy posturepedic mattresses, gel mattress toppers, 1400 thread count sheets and luxurious linens will entice you to linger! Large master bath with double sinks, Jacuzzi bath, walk-in spa shower, and private commode. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, greatroom, and lanai in addition to central air

Two queen bedrooms are outfitted with superior sheets, linens, mattresses and wall-mounted 42-inch smart TVs. Fourth bedroom/den has queen easily convertible sofa bed.

Wake up rested for your day enjoying the shores of white, sandy Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins, or Barefoot Beaches. Swim in our crystal clear heated pool or the aquamarine water of the Gulf. Shop and dine at one of the many stores at Mercato, such as Nordstrom Rack, Sur La Table, Tommy Bahama, JCrew, etc. Dine at one of the many restaurants within walking distance. You are just a short walk, bike ride or easy drive to Whole Foods Market, Trader Joes, or Publix, to cook or grill a fabulous meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. The possibilities are endless!

Grab the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler provided and head for the white sand beaches of either Vanderbilt or Delnor-Wiggins State Park. Rent jet-skis, a boat, kayaks, or paddle boards and explore the Gulf of Mexico. Build sand castles, spend the day shelling or sunbathing. Visit a near-by marina for a fishing charter or sunset cruise. Evening offers dining beachfront at The Turtle Club at The Vanderbilt Beach Resort, The Grill or Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz, or Baleen at LaPlaya Beach Resort to catch amazing sunsets. Two theaters are within an easy walk, Silverspot Cinema and Paragon Pavilion, providing for rainy day activities. Last but not least, visit Olde Naples, strolling Fifth Avenue South and 3rd Street South with quaint boutiques, restaurants, and nightclubs. Enjoy people-watching at the famous Naples Pier and Tin City. Vacation stay

The property was very nice and kitchen well stocked with cookware, along with everything else such as beach equipment and towels. Also,I was impressed with nice package of soap, shampoo and conditioner that each bathroom had available for its guests.

Sun and fun in Naples

We stayed here w friends for a few days. We used the pool, went to the beach and parked in the garage and went boating another day. A great visit to Naples. We used the grill one night and grilled some terrific seafood

Wonderful home with all you need!

We’ve rented this house numerous times because it is so comfortable, near the beach and dining, and the beds are great. Private with a nice lanai and pool.

We loved our stay is this beautifully decorated home. There was everything you could possibly want for a great beach vacation including bikes, chairs, and umbrellas. The house was immaculate and check-in was a breeze.

House just as shown in VRBO PICS. Very clean: great amenities. Pool was great. Kitchen well stocked with REAL cookware and spices!! Beds very comfortable - just really a 5 Star stay for 6 guests.

Great location, and great amenities

This three bedroom, two bathroom home on a quiet street was just right for my family. We enjoyed the pool and spending time on the lanai. Each bedroom also had a TV as well as the lanai, which was a nice way to relax after a long day at the beach. In addition, the bikes were a nice touch which allowed us easy access to the beach without the hassle of parking - only a 10 minute ride! We also took advantage of the house's umbrellas and chairs when we headed to the beach. We also loved that there was a full sized washer and dryer in the home, which was a nice benefit considering that we stayed for 9 nights. Location was great as well! Not only was it close to the beach, but to Publix and Mercato shopping center as well. We enjoyed being able to quickly get to these stores - and more - and drop off our treasures then get back to more shopping! The only draw back to this home were the beds were very high-up (but comfy), so our elderly parents had a little trouble climbing into bed each night. However, there were some provided stools that helped them. Also, just as a side note, we traveled with a toddler. We decided to take her to The Nature Center (next to the Naples Zoo). It was a great educational trip that wasn't an all day event (roughly 2.5 hours). Great option for those who have little ones who still nap. Plus, a lot of the activities take place inside!

Cons-When arrived,door lock did not open with code given. Contacted VRBO and they finally were able to get owner to contact us.Owner told us that it never happened before,and that WiFi must be down. We finally were let in an hour later than check-in time by a friend of the owner,and told to use garage door opener for access once in.WiFi was working when we got in,so excuse was not justified.We were nice to owners and kept a positive outlook… But then we found the pool heat was not on for our first night. We played with the controls and got it to come on,but it took several days to get pool warm enuf to swim in.Pool pump/heat turns off in early evening. Heater is old and inefficient. Outside temp was 64 low to 81 high in day during our stay,but lack of pool heat,and that it was also in the shade all day,made it unusable to us Floridians.Pool heat was included in price…understandable,because an extra charge would be hard to justify. House had no washcloths(complained but never got any,or a key to front door). Bikes were in disrepair,tires low or no air and handlebars loose. Ants got into our food on oven counter side.We didn’t bother notifying the owner of this due to by this time we were halfway thru our 5 day stay by then. Owners never suggested any compensation or even a late departure.House was not ready for us and owners seemed to write us off after bad start. Be wary of good reviews by friends/relatives that use the house, since we noted the memories book in the home had some pages torn out in between comments. Pros-to be fair,and why we gave 2 stars,and not 1 overall….the bed was comfy,shower and jacuzzi tub worked great,kitchen had everything we needed and they had plenty of beach stuff. All in all,being an experienced VRBO user,we were disappointed.Our first bad review.

Wonderful Stay

Cleanest rental ever! Lovely home with everything you need for a great beach vacation. The bikes are perfect to ride to Vanderbilt beach for sunsets. Pool was delightful and the lanai was a great place to take an afternoon nap. Close to shops, Mercato, and lots of great restaurants.

Felt Like Coming Home

This is my second stay at Chris and Marcy's beautiful house. It is perfect! I hope to stay again when my schedule aligns with the availability. The house is amazing. Its bigger than what the pictures show and looks beautiful. So much good taste in every decor detail! Stuffed with EVERYTHING you might need for beach , cooking, etc. 100% good choice!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was clean, had everything we needed, and Marcy was always available to talk to. The very minor issues we came across were fixed immediately. The pool was warm and we spent a lot of time in the lanai. The location was ideal as there were so many restaurants and shops within minutes of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home in North Naples area.

Walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach or drive and park in the great new parking garage just steps to the sand! Nice shopping and restaurants close by. Lowdermilk Park/Beach is only a short drive away, abt 15 mins. Downtown Naples with waterfront dining and shops is only abt a 20-25 min drive. Loved our stay and will be back again!!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Vanderpalm Oasis. The pool was perfect, the house was comfortable and clean, and the area was calm with lots of beaches nearby. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing family vacation!

Great Family Vacation Home

This was our first VRBO experience and it was great! The house was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of 5. We enjoyed the pool and lanai daily. The big TV and comfortable furniture in the shaded lanai were great! The decor, provided amenities (tons of beach equipment, beach and pool towels, very nice kitchen appliances), and spacious beautiful bedrooms & living area were fantastic! We really enjoyed the location - close enough to a variety of beaches (Delnor-Wiggins was our favorite because it was relatively quiet and had easy parking/beach access). Highly recommend!

Great house! Great location! Pictures don’t do this property justice! Expertly decorated and incredibly comfortable for a family vacation. Everything you could need/want is provided. We enjoyed riding our bikes to Vanderbilt beach- the sunsets are AMAZING!! We will definitely be back!

Rest and relaxation!!!

We just wanted to get away from Miami and the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. This spot was perfect. Beds are comfy, outdoor lanai has comfortable furniture so we spent a lot of time out there and in the pool, when we weren’t at the beach. Great location .
