Communication was first class and when phoning customer service to discuss early arrival for parking purposes they couldn’t have been more helpful. 10/10 stay, we’ll definitely be back! "

"No issues with our stay here. It is in a convenient area and the staff were great. Only “complaint” is that it is quite small. Our room was pretty crammed and the lobby was often hard to navigate through when it got busy with tour groups. Didn’t really affect us though. "

"Pros: Large apartment, close to the old city. Very quiet area. Cons: Very noisy doors. Please use lubricant for hinges. Hot water in the master bathroom does not work. Horrible white LED bulbs."
