The room was a basic student flat - one of a group of 4 individually lockable rooms with a shared front door, with en suite shower and toilet. Bed was a compact double - probably a three-quarter size. The room was basic but adequate. Towels and bedding and a single soap supplied, but no extras like shampoo, TV, hairdryer.
