"Surprisingly good for the price bracket. Rooms are fine, but could do with somewhere to hang a towel whilst showering. Apart from that very minor niggle there's nothing to complain about and everything to be grateful for. The restaurant, Aviator, is in a great location. The service was fine, and the food nice. Perfect hotel for a value for money a pre-flight stay. Makes for a relaxing transit to T5 on a pod in the morning."

"The hotel is 6 minute drive from Heathrow Terminal 3 short term car park. Perfect if you are meeting someone arriving on an early flight. The underground car park is very convenient. The bar is very nice, the staff are friendly and helpful. If you like a dry Martini, this is the bar. It is “off menu” but they mixed one without any fuss and it was a very good one. The room was ample and very comfortable. Even though we could see the runways at Heathrow right across the road, the room was VERY quiet. The breakfast was a buffet and it was excellent."

"It's a very large, beautiful hotel with many spaces perfect for sharing with visiting friends; the room was clean and functional. It has a variety of food options to enjoy, the breakfast was very good with lots of variety for all tastes The customer service was terrible. None of the managers resolved a chargeback on my card for three breakfasts I wasn't going to use because my checkout time was 5:00 AM. I spoke with four different managers, each giving me a different excuse, and to this day I haven't received my refund. They told me it would take 5 to 7 days for the credit to arrive, but nothing."

"Great location. stayed as was at BST concert at Hyde park and was a 10 min walk away. It’s a lovely part of london, and it’s great if you want to go shopping in Chelsea (15 min walk) friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Rooms ok, just very basic. there is nothing luxurious the hotel room it’s a good price point compared to other hotels In area. beds are comfy. I would stay in this hotel again."
