"We really enjoyed this hotel. We spent six months here and traveled with two teenagers 12 and 14. We felt safe at all times. The staff was amazing. We had an issue with our room and it was immediately taken care of. The location of the hotel was unbeatable. It is located in Koreatown next to wonderful restaurants and an easy walk to Times Square and Broadway. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families as the breakfast is also excellent. Will definitely stay there again."

"I love the Jane! Staff is always courteous and easy. My only complaint is that each floor always has one shower door that won’t stay open after use. Those showers smell because they never air out. Mildew smell is awful compared to the shower where the door is always open. I made this suggestion before but I guess it fell on deaf ears. I’ve stayed on every floor…shows how often I return. ;)) Other than that….I will always return"

"Chelsea Inn was a great option for our family trip to NYC. It was conveniently located near the subway line. It also had lots of options for dining at all times of the day. Rooms are on the smallish side but had a good size bathroom. The staff are amazing! Always friendly and willing to help with any question we had, the staff took great care to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great time on our trip. I highly recommend Chelsea Inn to anybody."
